“BREAKING NEWS”-Erik ten Hag is on the verge to repeat what Jose more did when he swap Henrick Miktarian for Alexis Sanchez as Man Utd plans to use Jadon Sancho to sign former Arsenal player in outrageous swap deal.
Reports suggest that Manchester United is considering a strategic move involving Jadon Sancho to secure one of their top targets. Sancho, who has found himself on the fringes at United, faced a fallout after openly challenging Erik ten Hag’s remarks following the defeat to Arsenal in September.
The controversy arose when Sancho was accused of not meeting training expectations, a claim vehemently contested by the England international. His refusal to apologize led to his exclusion from the first-team squad, hinting at an imminent departure.
Rumors indicate a potential return to Borussia Dortmund for Sancho, where he had flourished as one of Germany’s most formidable attacking talents. In the 2020/21 Bundesliga season, he contributed to 19 goals in 26 games before his high-profile £73 million move to United.
BILD reports suggest that Dortmund is keen on a reunion with Sancho and is open to a swap deal involving Donyell Malen. The Dutch forward, who transitioned from Arsenal’s academy, joined Dortmund from PSV in 2021 and has since made a notable impact with 84 appearances and 23 goals. Despite Malen’s links to Liverpool, there’s a potential avenue for a move, especially since he shares the same SEG agency with Ten Hag.
Maikel Stevens, who played a role in Rasmus Hojlund’s transfer to United from Atalanta, is reportedly involved in the potential Malen deal. The 24-year-old forward, expressing interest in an English move, could be available for approximately £26 million — the same amount Dortmund initially paid for him.
However, the success of this maneuver hinges on Sancho’s willingness to accept a significant reduction in his current £350,000-a-week wages if he decides to make a return to Signal Iduna Park. This intriguing twist adds complexity to the unfolding transfer saga, leaving fans curious about the final outcome.
