“He deserves a club like Man City or else he’s just wasting his time at Arsenal”- Manchester United veteran Gary Neville advises Pep Guardiola to get a ‘terrific’ Arsenal player who can never achieve anything tangible at the club. Neither Saka nor Saliba

“He deserves for a club like Man City or else he’s just wasting his time at Arsenal”- Manchester United veteran Gary Neville advises Pep Guardiola to get a ‘terrific’ Arsenal player who can never achieve anything tangible at the club. Neither Saka nor Saliba

Gary Neville believes Arsenal will win the Premier League this season, but that one player’s absence might change everything.

The Gunners defeated Sheffield United Sunday to maintain their great start to the season. They hammered five past the Blades, who have just one point.

Arsenal, of course, continues to progress, and their fresh additions are making a significant difference.

But, speaking on Sky Sports, Neville conceded that if you took Declan Rice out of Arsenal’s lineup and put him in City’s, it would be the Manchester club’s title to lose.

When it comes to the title race, Gary Neville makes Declan Rice claim.

Neville was asked about Rice and the title chase on Sky Sports on Friday night football this week.

And Neville admitted that Rice is now Arsenal’s top man.

“Probably. Declan Rice is a significant influence in my opinion. That desire, that force. City, on the other hand, has fantastic players. But taking him out of Arsenal makes a big difference; they wouldn’t be good enough without him,” Neville remarked.

“With him in the lineup, he can be a difference maker, and he gives them a genuine chance.” I believe City will falter this season, whereas Arsenal will excel.”

Rice has been exceptional since signing with the team in the summer. With Thomas Partey out, England’s man has become even more essential.

Arsenal will feel vindicated with their large spending.

People were taken aback when Arsenal paid more than £100 million to sign Declan Rice in the summer. It was an expensive purchase that had to go well.

But, boy, has it worked well thus far.

The ‘terrific’ Rice has elevated Arsenal’s midfield from near-perfect to one of the best in Europe.

After doing so well with West Ham, the England midfielder appears to have improved even more with the Gunners, and he was outstanding again this weekend.

Even though Man City has a lot of skill, he walks into their side right now. That’s just how good he is right now.
