Last night, Seb Ferdinand made a memorable EFL Trophy debut for Arsenal against Exeter City, coming off the bench.

Arsenal Under-21 boss Mehmet Ali would have been pleased with his team’s performance after halftime last night.
They were tied at the halftime with Exeter before storming past the third-tier team in the second half.
Five unanswered goals gave Arsenal their first win of the season in the tournament despite the absence of Ethan Nwaneri.
Charles Sagoe Jr. opened the scoring after an hour, fresh from his first-team debut last month.
Arsenal defeated Exeter with four goals in the final 11 minutes, with Ferdinand netting a wonderful brace.
In the 69th minute, the 17-year-old came on for Harrison Dudziak and had an immediate impact.
