The 27-year-old, who began his career at Arsenal, has recorded his wife Laura’s lengthy struggle, which has included multiple rounds of chemotherapy, on Instagram.
He revealed the devastating news that she had died in a heartfelt message today, accompanied with a photo from their wedding day.
