He has to leave now His demands is too high’: Manager confess His £140m player now wants a new challenge at Arsenal after meeting with the board – player set to arrive in January

Obi Mikel appeared on ‘The Obi One Podcast’ and stated that Osimhen needed to transfer to England to advance his career.

Of course, Arsenal have regularly been connected with Osimhen in the past, despite a price tag of £150m having been quoted.

However, given the striker’s form for Napoli, a deal at that price may not be impossible.

Obi Mikel stated on his podcast, “I think he has to move on.” If he wants to play in the top, top level, he must progress.

“The time has come. He’s done his time in Napoli, and now it’s time for him to move on and achieve greater things. He will only do so if he visits the Premier.

Although many Arsenal fans would prefer to have a striker like Osimhen, some may believe that a trade would be too costly.

Ivan Toney has been linked with a January move to Arsenal, but the club’s financial constraints have frequently been noted.

Obi Mikel believes Osimhen should go to England due to Arsenal’s desire.
While a striker may be targeted in the coming transfer windows, Mikel Arteta has discovered a different solution in his existing Arsenal group.

Leandro Trossard now appears to have secured a role as false nine for the foreseeable future, building on his pre-season showing.

Gabriel Jesus appears to be fit to return after the break, but Arteta will undoubtedly give the Belgian another chance.

And, while Obi Mikel is pressing Osimhen to join Arsenal, the Gunners do not appear to be the greatest fit for such a signing.

One of Arteta’s options would very certainly have to be moved forward in order to authorize a deal, which would complicate matters.

However, there is no doubt among Arsenal supporters that the club would profit from a great striker such as Victor Osimhen.

Jesus possesses world-class qualities, but a goal scorer of Osimhen’s caliber may propel Arsenal to glory.
