In the Premier League on Sunday, Arsenal defeated Everton 1-0 away from home at Goodison Park.

In the second half, Leandro Trossard scored the game’s lone goal.

Garth Crooks, a former attacker for Tottenham Hotspur, has observed how skilled Arsenal defender William Saliba was when he had to step up to the plate.

In his Premier League Team of the Week, the BBC Sport commentator featured the France international central defender, pointing out that the £190,000-a-week (Spotrac) defender is “so comfortable under pressure.”

In an article published on BBC Sport, Crooks stated: “Beto attempted to run William Saliba down his left side during the first half at Goodison Park on Sunday in an attempt to get a shot in on goal. The Everton striker, well, he never should have bothered.
