“You’re a disgrace and disgusting, show some class”- Liverpool Jamie Carragher has caused a ‘problem’ for Aaron Ramsdale at Arsenal after calling him a fake player following Ramsdale’s reaction to David Arya’s save against Spurs- Arteta has taken a ‘strand’ decision and the player will…..

Arsenal goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale has responded subtly to Jamie Carragher’s claims that he cheated during the north London derby.

When cameras caught Ramsdale reacting to a critical save made by David Raya from the bench, Carragher suggested he was acting.

Raya, who has lately replaced Ramsdale in Arsenal’s starting XI, made a fantastic stop against Tottenham in the first half on Sunday, getting over his line to paw away an almost-certain goalbound shot from Brennan Johnson.

Ramsdale was seen clapping his teammate with his arms above his head before exclaiming in delight.

You know how when someone loses an Oscar and everyone cheers and smiles for the other person?’ On Sky Sports, Carragher stated.

When I saw that, I burst out laughing. He’s going to be devastated.’

In response to those remarks, the goalkeeper’s father, Nick Ramsdale, posted on Twitter, “You are a Disgrace!!” Display some class!! My boy has.’

Ramsdale appears to have responded to Carragher’s remarks by uploading two photographs on his Instagram story on Monday.

Both photos show the Englishman enjoying great performances by teammates, with Ramsdale appearing to imply that his reaction in the north London derby was not unexpected – and that he was not pretending.

The first photo Ramsdale shared was of himself as a substitute at AFC Bournemouth, celebrating with teammates after fellow goalkeeper Mark Travers’ heroics in a Carabao Cup victory over Forest Green Rovers.

Ramsdale was seen in the second video celebrating Reiss Nelson’s 97th-minute winner for Arsenal against Bournemouth last season.

Meanwhile, Carragher believes Ramsdale will be unable to push his way back into the Arsenal starting lineup and has urged him to consider leaving in January.

‘Raya is the No.1 and Ramsdale must move on,’ Carragher explained. ‘It may happen if he can go out in January and Arsenal can collect a good amount.’
